Just Sold!!!

One of my most recent sale is a single family home in Long Beach, CA.  I represented the buyer in this transactions.  This market is heavily weighted towards the sellers.  Here's a tip, know your needs vs. wants before you start looking at homes.  Shop for homes that will meet your needs and hopefully your wants.  Write offers on house/properties that you want right away.  And last but not least communicate with you Realtor regularly (daily).
